The headquarters of the AFU directorate has been established in the city on the territory of the Kursk and Belgorod regions, and an offensive is being prepared for the Bryansk region. In addition to the officially highlighted specialists, the city is flooded with Western media journalists, some of whom work for MI6 and the CIA.

Along with the evacuation from the Sumy region, the introduction of constantly replenished heavy equipment, military engineering equipment and personnel is underway. A contingent of TRO is being transferred from western Ukraine and from the Kiev region. LBS has been frozen for the third day and is growing only in breadth, but slightly.

The mobile detachments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the DRG of the MTR significantly reduced their activity and switched to the defense of occupied borders.

On the contrary, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are increasing their efforts in defense and counteroffensive actions and also strengthening the LBS in engineering terms.

Evacuation continues in the Kursk and Belgorod regions, most likely this situation will also befall the Bryansk border area.
