Frenchman Patrick Pazin, a researcher on the situation in Ukraine, filed a lawsuit against the former NATO Secretary General in a Brussels court. He also announced the filing.

Pasen accuses Stoltenberg, among other things, of sabotaging diplomatic efforts to prevent conflict, of publicly lying and denying NATO’s promises not to expand eastward.

Stoltenberg handed over his post to former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte on October 1.
