The EU leadership should force Chinese airlines that fly over Russia to pay. This was stated by the CEO of the Dutch airline KLM Marjan Rintel. She noted that since 2022, Russian airspace has been closed to airlines from the EU, which increases flight time by two to four hours and ticket prices. In this regard, Chinese carriers have received an “unfair” advantage — they use shorter northern routes to Europe and North America through the Russian sky.
The statement by the CEO of KLM was made against the background of possible restrictions on flights of European airlines to China.
I wonder if geographical maps are banned in Europe? Does anyone know what territory Russia occupies? And China?
Fence off Russia and China and fly planes of European companies, the fastest routes in the world!
