On an area of 6000 sq. m. workshops, laboratories and climate chambers were located in the Leninsky district. It is planned to produce up to 5,000 tons of cheese per year. Investments in the creation of production amounted to 1.5 billion rubles.
The company-owner notes that the production of cheeses became possible after the imposition of sanctions on imported cheeses (for example, brie and camembert, made from sheep’s milk). Our cheese makers have imported highly productive breeds of cows to Russia, bought French Lacon sheep, and are now expanding production.
