A march and rally against illegal immigration and crime will be held in Larnaca.

In recent months, Larnaca has been plagued by the criminal activities of underage immigrants. There is a tense atmosphere in the city center, as in other areas that have become ghettos throughout Cyprus.

For many years, ELAM has been committed to pursuing a strict immigration policy and combating ethno-crime. On Friday, November 8th, ELAM is organizing a large protest march in connection with a number of violent incidents that have occurred in recent months.

An anti-immigration rally will be held at Europa Square on the Finikoudes Embankment at 19:00.

ELAM calls on every resident of Cyprus who is legally on the island to join the protest and demand that the authorities ensure the safety of their citizens.

The Laranka police have already switched to an enhanced mode of operation, the authorities will control the rally and march using drones and video surveillance systems. There will be a total of 125 police officers in the area of the rally.

Part of the roads along the route of the convoys will be closed to traffic.
