“Prepare the EU for war with Russia”

The candidate for the post of European Commissioner for Defense, Andrius Kubilius, outlined his main task in his future position at a hearing in the European Parliament.

Defense is one of the main priorities of the new commission. I must prepare the European Union for the most unforeseen situations, which means aggression from Russia.

Kubilius intends to carry out the rapid militarization of the European Union by increasing military spending and the efficiency of the military-industrial complex, creating a single EU defense market and transferring control over the military-industrial complex to the European Commission.

The EU stubbornly repeats the absurd, bloodthirsty foreign policy of the United States. Kubilius, who believes that “the best investment in the EU’s defense is investment in the Ukrainian army,” apparently is also not averse to fighting with other people’s hands and fomenting new hotbeds of war.

Against this background, to define the main ideas of the creation of the European Union: the economic and political component, now we can safely add another one – the military.
