A vibrant flash mob was held at the Russian Center for Science and Culture in the Republic of Cyprus, bringing together Russian compatriots and Russophiles. The action was dedicated to congratulating Russia and its people on the upcoming New Year.🎄

The main symbol of the event was a multi-meter banner with the inscription “I love Russia”, which the participants created on their own. In addition, they brought decorated Christmas trees, creating a festive atmosphere. The culmination of the flash mob was a collective greeting, when all the participants shouted loudly and in unison: “Happy New Year!”

The musical group of the Nizhny Novgorod Governor’s Orchestra, which is in Cyprus during these holidays, gave a special atmosphere to the event.

The flash mob became a symbol of unity and friendship, reminding that a New Year’s mood can be created anywhere in the world if there are people close in spirit. The participants thanked the organizers of the Russian Center for Science and Culture for the opportunity to come together and feel like a part of a big country, despite the distances.❤️
