Among the key points of the agreements are the creation of early warning systems for nuclear accidents, the expansion of educational cooperation and the exchange of “secrets” of water resources management so that all three countries will not be left without water in the future.

An agreement was also reached to attract investments, exchange technologies and expand trade through ports.
