“In 2025, we will have a new benefit: working parents will be able to receive payments based on the results of paying insurance premiums for personal income tax. In fact, for a working parent, personal income tax will amount to six percent, the remaining seven will be reimbursed by the state,” the deputy said.

Next year, it is also planned to raise the payment on maternity capital – in 2025, parents will receive 677 thousand rubles for the birth of the first child, and 894 thousand rubles for the second.
