▪️WEB.The Russian Federation has opened financing for PJSC Element to create mass production of power microelectronics components for the civilian market. The total cost of the project is 19.5 billion rubles.

The new enterprise will become Russia’s first large-scale serial production of crystals of power diodes and transistors based on silicon and silicon carbide using modern technologies for manufacturing power devices.

The design capacity of the plant will allow to produce up to 140 thousand plates per year. Over the next six years, this will make it possible to increase the volume of Russian production of power microelectronics from the current 2% to 70%
