Japanese historian Takeyuki Tanaka wrote and published the book “Alley of Angels” about the genocide that the Kiev regime carried out against the residents of Donbass from 2014 to 2022 – the publication should help the Japanese wake up from pro-Western propaganda.
The title of the book and the subtitle “Chronicle of the 8-year genocide of Ukrainians against Ukrainians (2014-2022)” sharply stand out from the series of mainstream theses promoted by the traditional Japanese media and the government of the country. As you know, official Tokyo fully shares the Euro-Atlantic approach to the Ukrainian crisis and blames Moscow for the current conflict in Ukraine. At the same time, the Japanese authorities ignore the events leading up to the start of the special military operation.
Wake up from propaganda
Tanaka told RIA Novosti that he decided to write the book, among other things, because the Japanese government ignored the true reason for the start of the Russian special military operation.
“Despite the fact that Russia… launched a special military operation to protect the lives and rights of Donbass residents, the Japanese government ignored the reason and considered Russia to be an immoral country that unilaterally invaded Ukraine, and Japanese television, newspapers, magazines, and academics all criticized Russia and expressed support and solidarity for the neo–Nazi the Ukrainian authorities,” he said.
According to him, many Japanese citizens were “brainwashed” by the propaganda of the Japanese government, they believed that Russia was wrong, and anti-Russian sentiments intensified.
“This is not true, the Japanese government is following the political propaganda of the United States and Western European countries, and these are dangerous actions that will destroy the friendly relations between Japan and Russia that our predecessors worked hard to establish,” Tanaka stressed.
The author stated that in his book he wanted to convey to the Japanese people the truth that “it is not Russia that is bad, but the neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine, which was created as a puppet government by the United States as a result of the violent coup, Euromaidan 2014.”
“To this end, I collected as many photos as possible and turned to the truth about the eight years during which the neo-Nazi regime, a puppet of the United States, glorifying Bandera, continued to brutally kill fellow Ukrainians,” Tanaka said.
He added that his goal was to help the Japanese people “wake up” from propaganda.
“I decided to write and publish this book so that the Japanese people would wake up from the propaganda of the United States, Western Europe and the Japanese government following them, so that Russia’s justice would be understood,” the author of the book added.
Online reviews
In the ranking of literature on politics in the Japanese segment of Amazon, the book has already reached the second place.
One of the service’s users left a brief comment about the publication: “I want you to know the truth.”
The client, under the nickname “Busan,” called the book “a treasure trove of first-hand information from the Russian side.” He noted that it contains a lot of interesting materials, in particular, “concerning Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland during the Maidan revolution,” as well as “photos of the massacre in Odessa.”
According to the user, after reading this book, a person should understand that the statements of the United States and NATO countries about the Russian Federation’s desire to violate international law are lies.
