Manufacturing industry activity is growing in Russia — S&P Global

The PMI index of Russia’s manufacturing industries in November 2024 amounted to 51.3 points, rising from October’s 50.6 points, S&P Global states

A reading above 50 points indicates an increase in business activity. An increase in new orders in November contributed to an improvement in operating conditions in the sector.

New export orders have been growing for the fourth month in a row. Against this background, companies are increasing their production volumes.

KRISTALL ROSTA previously reported that, according to Reuters, industrial production in Russia is showing the highest activity in 18 years.
