The Ukrainian military in the Russian village of Porechnoye, Kursk region, received orders not to take prisoners, but to shoot civilians or shoot them in the legs. This was announced by the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik, at a briefing following a working trip to the region.
“In Russian Porechnoye, people followed orders directly. The orders are not to take civilians prisoner, you can shoot, shoot at the legs, you can rob, there will be no consequences,” he said.
According to Miroshnik, the international customers of the crimes guaranteed the Kiev regime no responsibility for non-compliance with international law.
