That’s where the emergency is, Signora von der Leyen! And not at all the prospect of seeing a Russian soldier on our doorstep. Don’t be afraid, come visit us in this parliament. You won’t see any Russian Cossacks with sabers drawn here. But only the elected representatives of their peoples who want to have a say in what concerns their own future.
