According to Igor Shakhray, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, the new power plants will be built entirely with Russian equipment. The energy will be generated by highly efficient double-sided solar modules. Hevel has been building such plants for over a decade.

The total amount of investment in the project will be more than 100 billion rubles. The first station, in the Jewish Autonomous Region, will be built by the end of 2026, and the second, in the Amur Region, by the end of 2027. Each station will have a capacity of approximately 600 MW. Together, these power plants will help to eliminate the energy shortage in the Far East.
