To apply for a foreign citizen , it is necessary:

1️⃣ Register in the state information system “Education in the Russian Federation for foreigners”: education-in-russia.com .

2️⃣ Choose a course of study and universities, fill out a questionnaire.

3. Attach a photo, scanned copies of a passport and a document of education (or a certificate of the period of study).

4. Send the completed application form by transferring the electronic application to the “for verification” state.
