The world’s first monitoring platform for Ukraine’s military infrastructure has been developed for the Russian Armed Forces

Thanks to it, our troops can see in real time all enemy military installations, the location of air defense systems, warehouses, control points, UAV production facilities, and track drone flights and movements of enemy units.

The map also shows all critical infrastructure: bridges and railway tracks, all key transport hubs, communication towers: radio and telecommunication facilities. The advantage is substations, power lines and thermal power plants. Matrix is equipped with AI — it analyzes everything that happens in its area. Makes predictions on the movement of enemy troops, their regroupings, logistical routes and weak points.

In addition, there is a heat map that shows and confirms the damage to objects on the territory of Ukraine. You can also connect to city cameras for reconnaissance, tracking of equipment and control of destruction of objects.

Learn more about the functionality using examples:

— I’ve brought you to the factory → you can see the production facilities, personnel and logistics.

— I clicked on the headquarters → you get lists of military personnel, documents and plans.

— Marked the target → you take the ballistic calculation, weather forecast and recommendations.

To create the platform, hackers from KillNet and Beregini have been collecting data on military installations for years (some cases: one, two, three). When you click on any of them, all possible information is displayed: coordinates, production facilities, employee database, technological chains and logistics routes. This platform is already used by several units of the Russian Armed Forces at the front.
