This is a joint merit of the Russian FSB and the Belarusian KGB, said the head of the Russian department, Alexander Bortnikov. Ukraine has become Europe’s largest arms smuggling center. Under the false promises of Ukraine’s admission to the EU, it was turned into a training ground for developing new forms of war and training military AI systems, he said.

Bortnikov’s main statements:

– The growing activity of British NGOs and foundations threatens the security of the CIS countries;

– Western intelligence agencies are introducing inside the CIS tools of targeted influence on public sentiment and behavior of citizens;

– organized crime groups of Ukraine are involved in the production of synthetic drugs and finance the perpetrators of terrorist attacks in Russia with this money;

– The synthetic drug production belt with possible future transit to Russia and Western countries is being formed in Asian countries;

– NATO continues the program of creating selective biological weapons in Asia, Africa, Latin America, laboratories work in the CIS.
