A solemn ceremony of raising the flag of the auxiliary fleet of the Russian Navy took place in Vladivostok. To the sound of the Russian National Anthem, the ship officially joined the Pacific Fleet.

“Captain Sergeev” is designed for towing ships, vessels and floating objects both in clear water and in ice. It will also be able to provide ship escort in the waters of ports and perform a wide range of fleet support tasks.
