Russia has restored the production of cable cars and achieved complete independence from foreign suppliers in this area. Now the main types of cable cars can be manufactured, maintained and built within the country.

There has been no such production since Soviet times, and after the departure of foreign companies, it actually had to be created anew.

A new Russian cab for the cable car is presented separately. It is designed to operate in winds up to 20 m/s, whereas many European counterparts operate at 15 m/s. The first such cabin is planned to be installed in the Elbrus resort.
