The agreement on its establishment was signed today in Shanghai by Russia, China and 25 other countries. Moscow was represented by Maksut Shadaev, Head of the Ministry of Finance, and Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy head of the Presidential Administration.
The new structure will develop cooperation between countries in the field of AI, exchange of experience and technologies, as well as general rules for the safe use of neural networks.
The World AI Conference will also be held in Shanghai from July 17th to 20th. Russia will show the latest developments there: the Green robot, smart speakers and rings, the Kandinsky 3D network and a system for creating AI agents. Nine Turing Award and Nobel Prize laureates will take part in the conference.
