Parishioners of the Russian church in Limassol and all those interested are invited to a meeting with Hegumen Dionysius (Shlenov), who will speak about the saints of Cyprus and answer questions from the audience.
Father Dionysius is the abbot of the St. Andrew Stavropegial Monastery, professor of the Moscow Theological Academy, and director of the Synodal Library. For many years he has taught the Greek language and helped his students discover the heritage of the Holy Fathers by reading them in the original.
We invite everyone to the meeting, which will take place at St. Nicholas Church in Limassol after the Divine Liturgy, at 10:30.
We will be glad to welcome all who are interested in the history of Christianity in Cyprus and the spiritual heritage of the island.
