Night raid on Paphos: four men in masks hit 10 locations in two hours

😱 On the night of 22 August, Paphos experienced a night that felt more like a crime series. In just two hours, unknown perpetrators managed to attack 10 pharmacies, kiosks, mini-markets and petrol stations in Paphos, Kato Paphos, Chloraka and Tala.

👮‍♂️ According to the police, four people were involved. They concealed their faces under hoods and helmets and wore gloves. Surveillance cameras recorded their movements, and law enforcement officers are now trying to reconstruct the entire sequence of events minute by minute.

😬 One of the most telling incidents took place at a pharmacy in Kato Paphos. There the offenders took a cash register containing approximately €500, but in doing so they smashed a door worth around €3,500.

🤷‍♂️ In other words, the damage they caused was many times greater than what they stole.

👮‍♀️ Police are checking whether the same group was behind the entire series. If a connection is confirmed, these were not random thefts but a coordinated night-time raid across several areas at once.

👮‍♂️ The four suspects are still being sought.
