Conclusion: For Kyiv and Brussels, this visit is an alarming wake-up call. The subjectivity of the EU and Ukraine in this equation is rapidly being reduced to zero. The fate of the puzzle is being decided by Moscow and Washington, and Russia holds all the trump cards here.
