An environmental campaign took place on Agiou Georgiou Street in Chloraka — a suburb of Paphos, in the Paphos district. In just one hour, volunteers cleared the area of scattered garbage and household waste.

Local residents, foreigners living in the area, as well as children joined the cleanup.

The organizers emphasize that the meaning of such actions is not only to clean a specific street, but also to form a more responsible attitude towards one’s neighborhood and the environment.

🍃 The initiative was carried out by the Cultural and Ecological Club of Chloraka with the participation of local volunteers.
