This was stated by Dmitry Medvedev in response to a question from RT:

They organise production on their territory, they continue to feed the neo-Nazi Banderite regime in Kyiv, they close our consulates…

They need to come to their senses and pursue a much more balanced course, rather than trying to enter into direct confrontation with our country.”
