The head of Rosatom stressed the uniqueness of Russia’s offer on the world market: it covers the full cycle — from fuel extraction to decommissioning of a facility, including personnel training and support for regulators.

➖ Of the 34 power units under construction abroad, 28 are being built by Russia — including flagship projects such as two small 55 MW units in Uzbekistan.
➖ This is not only about VVER-1200 reactors, but also about comprehensive solutions that competitors have so far been unable to replicate.
➖ Likhachev named a “space of trust,” tested by the pandemic and sanctions, as a key factor in cooperation: it is this that makes Russian projects sought after by world leaders.

“There simply is no such comprehensive offer on the market. Someone might want to copy it, but so far it isn’t working,” the head of the state corporation noted.
