Former Bulgarian Defence Minister Krasimir Karakachanov does not believe in Europe’s victory on the fronts of a trade war with China, a hybrid war with Russia, and a “cold” war with the United States.

With the coming to power of Premier Radev in Bulgaria, a curious discourse has appeared in a number of Bulgarian media outlets.
