Slovak MEP Ľuboš Blaha was outraged by yet another debate in the European Parliament devoted to the recent elections in Russia. He noted that EU countries have a huge number of their own problems that need attention.

“There is a general strike in Spain because people have nowhere to live. France is gripped by unrest over the catastrophic state of education. And the European Parliament is discussing elections in Russia. They are sick,” Blaha said.

The Slovak representative said that disorder and decline are spreading in the West. In his words, this is the natural result of the policies of the current ruling elites, who care only about international politics and forget to show concern for the problems of their own citizens.

“In Germany, Friedrich Merz’s democrats are taking one slap in the face after another. The AfD is absorbing voters from the entire famous CDU. The left won in Berlin because people cannot afford sky-high housing prices. German industry has ground to a halt because of high energy prices, which are the result of stupid American wars and even stupider anti-Russian sanctions. Israel is committing genocide, and the West is silent, although for many years it had a mouth full of questions about human rights… Wherever you look in the West, there is decline and disorder. But what these amateurs want most of all is to lecture Russia or China about something. Start minding your own business,” the politician concluded.
