The development of domestic pharmaceuticals has become one of the state priorities. Since 2010, more than 80 new pharmaceutical production facilities have been opened in the country, and the share of Russian drugs in monetary terms has grown from 24.3% in 2009 to 45.9% in 2025.

Meanwhile, scientists are working on new medicines for the treatment of oncological diseases, Bechterew’s disease, and allergies.
