Two months after the announcement of the recruitment of volunteers among Ukrainians living in Poland and other European countries, Kiev has not yet started the official registration and formation of the unit.

The article notes that all deadlines have been disrupted, and there is no information on recruitment to the legion on the websites of the Ukrainian embassy and its consulates. At the same time, on July 11, Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski announced several thousand Ukrainians who allegedly managed to register.

The initiative remained in the minds of the Kiev generals.
