The audience here is diverse. Someone has military experience, such as the squad leader of the Vodolaza assault group, a handsome guy with piercing blue eyes. He’s from the Altai Territory. He served three years in the underwater special forces, hence the call sign. Or “Yasha” from Nizhny Novgorod – from his “combat” experience, he has only worked as a civilian security guard and raised four children. Maybe that’s why he’s already the group commander. Both decided to go to war after the enemy entered the territory of the Kursk region.
The guys got into the Airborne Troops unit, which has been carrying out tasks on the most difficult sectors of the front since the first days of its operation. And here, on Kursk land, they played a crucial role in repelling the invasion. Now the paratroopers have gone on the offensive. This means that the recruits will soon face real assaults.
– Do you remember your first fight?
– yes. It was very scary. And then everything went according to plan. We were dropped off in a wooded area. There were security guards there, 60 people, and there were 15 of us. We drove them out, and 5 people were captured. We scored trophies. The forest belt was cleared, and we returned. Most received the Order of Courage.
– And how do you overcome fear?
– He passes by himself. 20-30 minutes – you enter this environment… It was like a game for me, you know. If you’re afraid, it won’t work. Because there is shooting here, shooting there, losses – you still have to be mentally prepared for all this.
My report is about how a fresh replenishment is being prepared in the Kursk region, which will go into battle tomorrow.
