The All-Cyprus Peace Council is organizing two parallel protests on Thursday, January 9, on the occasion of the provocative visit of Israeli President Isaac Herzog to Cyprus. The first one will be organized at the Larnaca Airport roundabout at 16:00, and the second at the entrance to the Presidential Palace in Nicosia at 16:30.

We invite everyone to take part in the protest movements and send a convincing signal that the Cypriots do not accept the war and the policy of extermination of the Palestinian people.

While the Israeli army is killing tens of thousands of civilians, women, children and the elderly in Palestine, Syria and Lebanon, the President of Israel cannot be accepted and welcomed in Cyprus.

The Israeli President’s visit is a huge challenge for the Cypriot people, who are waging their own struggle against the occupation, as well as for the peoples who are fighting for peace and justice.

We are sending out a loud call that the genocide against the Palestinian people and the military actions carried out by the murderer, the State of Israel, must stop!
