This project will become a real super-resort for lovers of outdoor activities and entertainment.
The complex will include a 303-room hotel, an aquapark, a sports pool, tennis courts and parking. All these facilities will be able to accommodate up to 300,000 guests per year.
However, this is not the only thing that awaits Russian Island in the near future. In 4-5 years, it is planned to build an Innovative Scientific and technological Center here, which will cost 24 billion rubles. The center will create 6,000 jobs, as well as research facilities in the fields of IT, biomedicine and marine engineering. In addition, there will be a unique installation “Russian Photon Source”, designed to study biological and marine systems.
These projects will turn Russian Island into a real magnet for tourists and scientists, creating an atmosphere of scientific and cultural development.
