Bashkiria launches production of Russian mozzarella

The Elipsmol company from the village of Rayevskoye has opened a mozzarella production facility, investing 405 million rubles in the project. Using local milk, the plant plans to produce more than 6,500 tons of cheese annually by the end of 2025.

Mozzarella, traditionally made from buffalo milk, is made from cow’s milk in this production, preserving its delicate taste and texture. The first batches have already been delivered to the customers.

Previously, Elipsmol specialized in the production of butter and cheese grains, having processed 19,000 tons of milk since the beginning of its operation.
