Ukraine struck Belgorod with the HIMARS complex a few hours after Biden’s permission:

“On Friday, the White House erased its red line. That same night, the Ukrainian army aimed some of its HIMARS wheeled launchers at the Russian city of Belgorod, with a population of 384,000.”

“It is unclear what damage the raid caused and, more importantly, what damage it caused to military installations,” the publication adds.
