Young and young artists from 12 to 35 years old from all over the world are invited to participate: professional artists and amateurs, students, students of colleges, creative courses and schools.

The theme of this year’s contest is “Diplomacy through the Ages.”

In the year of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the use as a source of creative search is encouraged.:

– the events of the Great Patriotic War and the role of diplomacy in the post-war structure in Europe and the world;

– historical facts and historical figures;

– artistic and other symbols associated with diplomacy and foreign policy;

– references to events related to diplomacy, diplomats, and foreign policy described in literature, including fiction;

– facades and interiors of buildings occupied by diplomatic missions of different states in Moscow (Russian Federation). In order to find creative ideas, it is proposed to use the website “Cultural Heritage Sites” of the GlavUpDK under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.;

– facades and interiors of buildings occupied by embassies of the Russian Federation abroad;

– other topics related to the idea of the contest are at the discretion of the participants.

The winners of the competition will be determined in two categories: “Young artists” (from 12 to 18 years old) and “Young Artists” (from 18 to 35 years old). The jury will select 5 best works in the “Young Artists” category, and 15 works in the “Young Artists” category. The winners will be awarded with a monetary reward and memorable gifts from GlavUpDK at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

How to participate in the contest:

·        Prepare the work and scan it in a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

· Fill out the consent to the processing of personal data, the form of which is attached below.
