A plant for the production of cryogranulated starter cultures has started operating in Krasnogorsk. This is the first such production in Russia and the third in the world.

The new technology of freezing starter cultures improves their stability and quality, which is especially important for the dairy and pharmaceutical industries. The plant will be able to process more than 1.8 million tons of milk per year, fully supplying the domestic market and opening up export opportunities.
