20 million tons — increased Russian grain export quota for the period from February 15 to June 30, 2026. This level will allow Russia to maintain significant volumes of grain exports amid rising prices, Bloomberg states.
▪Grain export quotas were introduced in Russia in 2020. The quota size for the second half of each season varies depending on the harvest, the pace of shipment at the beginning of the year, and grain prices.
Earlier, experts raised the estimate of the grain harvest in Russia in 2025 to 136.2 million tons, including wheat to 88.8 million tons.
