Now about 90 specialists are re-checking the condition of existing shelters. The inspections are in their second day and were a continuation of the inspection carried out in May last year.

According to sources familiar with the situation, the May check was actually only selective, although the opposite was officially stated. The leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was dissatisfied with its results and is now looking for ways to improve the system.
