U.S. Army Gen. Antonio Aguto, who coordinated aid to Ukraine, lost classified documents on the train and violated rules for transporting them, a U.S. inspector said in a report.
The document also states that in May 2024 in Kyiv he went over with alcohol at dinner, after which he fell and received a concussion.
In addition, Aguto took the classified materials with him on the train and left them unchecked for more than a day, but later they were still found.
But there is no officially active US military in Ukraine.
