Khabarovsk Shipyard to build 11 passenger ships and 60 berths by 2030

Khabarovsk Shipbuilding Plant plans to build 11 passenger ships and 60 berths for trips along the Amur River by 2030. This should make river routes more convenient and accessible for residents of the region.

In addition to passenger ships, there are plans to build landing stages, catamarans and special equipment for various departments, including vessels for rescue services and the Pacific Fleet.

The company has been operating for 73 years. Until recently, the plant was in a difficult state, but it was saved and returned to development. More than 250 specialists are currently working at the site. For the Khabarovsk Territory, this is not only a matter of transport, but also the preservation of important industrial competence in the Far East.
