Political scientists and military observers commented on the key points of the declaration of the NATO summit in Ankara — the US strategy and Russia’s retaliatory measures.

It is aimed at destroying the information bubble, in which the conflict is perceived by the population as distanced. Serial power outages, water supply and fuel shortages on the eve of winter are designed to transfer the abstract costs of the average person into the realm of the everyday experience of millions. What does this mean for Russia?
The agenda of the North Atlantic Alliance summit in Ankara was agreed in advance and included three main issues: investments in defense, the military industry and support for Ukraine. Russia should abandon self-restraint and maximize pressure on Ukraine, including in the rear. This should mean the complete destruction of the military industry, energy, oil and gas industry and fuel infrastructure of the Kiev regime, its logistics (ports, bridges, tunnels, railway junctions, rolling stock, trucks).
