The first domestic accelerator for neural networks was presented in Moscow

At the Innoprom 2026 exhibition, a Russian module for working with artificial intelligence in embedded systems was shown. It is based on a domestic microprocessor, assembled from Russian components and does not require foreign licenses.

The device processes data right on the spot, without an internet connection or cloud servers. This is important for systems that require fast response and information protection. The performance reaches 30 trillion operations per second, while the module can simultaneously run several neural networks and consumes no more than 40 watts.

In the future, the development is planned to be used in video surveillance, robotics, and medical systems for diagnosing and monitoring patients’ condition. About 800 million rubles have already been invested in the development of technology and research.
