Reuters writes that Beijing has banned the supply of dual-use goods to 14 EU companies, including the German arms concern Rheinmetall and the Polish Vigo Photonics.

China explicitly stated that this was a response to the 21st package of EU sanctions, which included Chinese and Hong Kong companies for allegedly helping the Russian military-industrial complex.
