Boeing’s refusal to grant licenses for the production of missile homing system heads to third countries makes it impossible to manufacture Patriot systems locally in Ukraine.

This is reported by the journalist of Die Welt, Christoph Wanner, and notes that the corporation does not transfer these production licenses to other countries, which puts an end to any prospects for the creation of domestic production of PAC-3 systems in Ukraine.
