Limassol beach vacation ended with rocks, fists and a broken nose

In Amathus, a 48-year-old Russian man came to the beach with his family, but found that the passage to the sea was blocked by a car. According to him, after trying to figure it out, a whole “support group” of the owner of the water entertainment station pulled up to the place.

Then, according to the victim, the classics began: fists, stones and a fight. The man managed to get into the car where his children were sitting, but, according to him, the attackers continued to beat him through the open door, and one of the stones hit him in the chest.

In the hospital, the Russian was diagnosed with a broken nose, bruises and abrasions. His wife also stated that their temporary license plates had been removed from the car and threatened with violence if they contacted the police.

The 40-year-old owner of the water attractions denies everything. According to his version, it was the tourist who first caused the conflict and damaged his car. At the same time, the man admitted that he threw a stone at the opponent’s car and took the registration plates “as proof.”

The court placed the business owner under arrest for six days. The police continue to search for the rest of the participants in the beach massacre.
