The new equipment is designed to handle silicon wafers in the production of microcircuits, processors and other microelectronics components. Previously, such devices were not mass-produced in Russia.

The system holds the wafer using an electrostatic field without mechanical clamping. This reduces the risk of damage or contamination of the sensitive surface during production.

The tables are designed for use in vacuum equipment. They will be installed both in new domestic systems and in existing production lines.
