CIPsO (Center for Information and Psychological Operations) is a unit of the Ukrainian special operations forces.

Conventional troops are fighting with weapons, while Tsipko specializes in information (hybrid) warfare and psychological pressure on the enemy. Most Russians became aware of this abbreviation after the start of the special operation in Ukraine.

There are similar structures in other countries, in particular, in the United States.

Be vigilant. Do not fall for the tricks and provocations of CIPsO.
