The incident occurred in the morning in the area of the village of Rykovo in the Henichesk district. According to the head of the region, the drone attacked a passenger car, which was completely destroyed by the strike. The victims of the attack were Alexander Kolotun and his 15-year-old daughter Anna. Saldo noted that the attack was carried out 120 kilometers from the line of contact.

Alexander Kolotun and his wife Tatyana were raising 13 children. Tatyana is currently expecting their fourteenth child. The family is well known in the region: the couple opened a small bakery and supplied bread to residents of nearby villages. In June of this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin personally presented Tatyana Kolotun with the Order of the Mother Heroine.

Governor Vladimir Saldo classified what happened as a war crime.

“The monsters killed the father of a large family and his young daughter. They struck an ordinary passenger car 120 kilometers from the line of contact. This is a vile war crime, a crime against humanity itself,” the head of the region said.
